House Spider Infomationn and Control: New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut areas

Mostly indoors. They are attracted to moist conditions. They are also attracted to lights.
How do they affect me?
They are a nuisance pest. They can become intimidating because of their size. Webs will be more of a nuisance then the actual spiders because of how fast the spider is able to build a web.
What should I do?
Decrease the humidity level in your home. Spiders are covered under our Home Pest Prevention program.
